1. Pre-order Deposit: By placing a pre-order deposit, you agree to pay a deposit upfront to reserve a SHARROW by VEEM Propeller that is not yet available for immediate purchase.

2. Deposit Amount: The deposit amount of USD $100 will be clearly communicated to you at the time of pre-order.

3. Reservation: Your pre-order deposit secures your place in line to receive a SHARROW by VEEM when it becomes available. We will be in contact with you to perform an accurate size and price estimate specific to your vessel.

4. Refundability: Your pre-order is refundable minus any third party fees and charges. Your refund will be issued to the payment method you made your purchase with. Please contact us at sharrowbyveem@veem.com.au any time if you wish to cancel your order and refund your deposit. Pre-order deposits will not be refundable when your final purchase order is received.

5. Order Fulfillment: The company will be releasing propellers in series’ and sizes as the designs are completed. We will make resonable efforts to fulfil preorders in the order they were received within each series, as the series group becomes available. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could delay or impact the availability of the product. In such cases, the company will communicate any changes or updates to you.

6. Product Changes: The company reserves the right to make changes to the product or service specifications, features, or pricing before the final release. You will be notified of any significant changes, and you may have the option to cancel your pre-order if desired.

7. Transferability: Pre-order deposits are generally non-transferable. The deposit is tied to your specific order and cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different product or service without prior approval from the company.

9. Communication: It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact information during the process. The company will use this information to communicate updates, delivery status, or any other relevant information regarding your pre-order.

10. Governing Law: These pre-order deposit terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates. Any disputes or claims arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
